Ideal for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.

    With an interior design spread over two floors, the property offers a spacious and bright living/dining room with a television and a comfortable sofa bed, two balconies to enjoy the natural light, and a laundry room with a washing machine.

    The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, water heater, mixer, toaster and blender.

    Two bedrooms with different configurations, including single beds and bunk beds, ceiling fans and a double bed with ceiling fans, along with two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower and bathtub combination, offer comfort and privacy.

    Externally, the property is located in a gated community for greater privacy, a communal pool, and two terraces ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

    The property does not accept pets and is particularly suitable for families with children.
