It is fully equipped to accommodate 7 people and offers a spacious indoor area thanks to the open kitchen to the living/dining room. In total, there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, both equipped with shower trays.
Outside, guests can enjoy a porch with a table, a large patio where the small pool/jacuzzi is located, a barbecue, and a small outdoor gallery that houses the laundry area. In summary, this villa is a beautiful Mediterranean villa perfect for enjoying a family vacation.
The location is ideal, just 350 meters from the sandy beach "Mitja Galta" and close to restaurants such as "El Cresol" and "Burguer Beach" 500 meters away. The supermarket "La Botigueta" is 750 meters away and the town of Oliva is 3 km away. For golf lovers, the "Oliva Nova Golf" course is only 7 km away.
